We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and patient-focused PAP Clinician to join our growing team.
This position is ideal for a Respiratory Therapist or Sleep Technologist, who enjoys building relationships with patients and wants to escape the stress of hospital shifts, nights, weekends.

What You'll Do:
As a PAP Clinician, you'll serve as a coach, educator, and advocate for patients beginning or continuing sleep apnea therapy.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct PAP setup appointments and educate patients on their equipment.
- Review sleep study results and physician recommendations with patients.
- Troubleshoot PAP equipment, masks, and therapy challenges.
- Monitor compliance and therapy effectiveness.
- Perform follow-up appointments to improve patient success and adherence.
- Document patient interactions in our electronic medical record system.
- Collaborate with physicians, sleep labs, and referral partners.
- Assist patients with insurance, billing, and supply questions.
- Promote outstanding customer service during every patient interaction.
- Support company initiatives focused on improving patient outcomes.
- Participate in on-call rotation every 6 weeks.

- Maintains current Idaho State and National Licensure. (RRT, CRT, or RPSGT).
Preferred Qualifications:
One or more of the following:
- CRT or RRT credential.
- RPSGT, CPSGT, or RST credential.
- Previous PAP, Sleep Medicine, or DME experience.
- Customer service experience in a healthcare setting.
